Our collaboration began in 2024, with Aqua Libra donating 1.5p per canned drink sold across Elior sites to Water Unite. This includes infused variants as well as still and sparkling water. We are proud to now expand the partnership in Co-op stores. Our customers hold the power to drive positive change by enjoying their favourite drinks. Together, we are transforming hydration for a better today and a brighter tomorrow.
Our support for Water Unite is driven by the global water crisis. Today, over 2 billion people still lack access to safely managed drinking water. By 2030, more than half of the world’s population is projected to live under severe water stress. The importance of addressing this issue has never been more pressing.

Your support enables Water Unite to collaborate with remarkable programmes like Jibu. In their tireless effort to combat water poverty across Africa, Jibu established a decentralized solution for accessing safe drinking water affordably. By utilizing innovative solar-powered technology, Jibu purifies water from diverse sources like groundwater, surface water, and piped water.
Jibu's franchisee model not only ensures access to clean water but also fosters job creation and entrepreneurship opportunities within local communities. Jibu's incredible impact includes producing over 170 million liters of clean, safe drinking water annually, serving almost 650,000 people.

Through past campaigns, running from 2020-2025, their collective efforts have raised over £660,000 to date! Our goal for these campaigns are to further bolster such life-changing initiatives.
